Sometimes, when activating the application, an error appears: "Incorrect PIN code specified." This can be caused by an incorrect server address specified in the application.
How to Change the Server Address in the Application?
To change the address, follow these steps:

Open the Graphical Configurator (activated by pressing CTRL + N).

Change the server address (if you need to specify the Oohdesk CMS server, it should be http://visiobox.cloud).

Click Apply.

Unable to Remove the Old Version and Install a New One

This is because the update procedure in older versions of the application worked incorrectly and the uninstaller got corrupted. To solve the problem, download and run the utility from this link .
After that, the application can be installed.
Multiple Instances of the Player Launching (resulting in duplicated audio or video)
A very rare case, always related to:

Access rights (usually the player is in a Windows domain in a corporate network, with improperly assigned local administrator rights).

A corrupted user profile (leading to access rights issues). Usually caused by improper power shutdown.
Solution:
Create a new user account with admin rights (specifically an admin account from the start, not a user who is later granted admin privileges).
