Attention! This type of panel runs Android version 4.4. Since this version is very old, we do not support it in the production release. For support of Android 4.4, we have a separate release available upon request from Oohdesk CMS.

Important! Because these models use an outdated version of Android OS, some Oohdesk CMS features are not supported, specifically: screenshot requests from the panel are not supported.

  1. Download and copy the Oohdesk CMS application to a USB flash drive.

  2. Insert the flash drive into the USB port of the panel.

  3. On the initial startup of the screen, set up the network and time.

  4. Enter the combination on the remote: HOME + 1888; the screen will enter the engineering menu.

  5. Go to the Apps section.

  1. Then File Manager.

  1. Find the folder named mnt.

  1. Then usb_storage.

  1. Navigate to the flash drive storage and find the Oohdesk CMS application.

  2. Install the Oohdesk CMS application.

Important! By default, the application has the server address set to http://visiobox.cloud.

By default, the app points to the test server address. To change the server address, swipe from the left edge of the screen to the right on the inactive app. A menu will appear. To specify the Oohdesk CMS cloud server address, enter http://visiobox.cloud
