MOV and AVI uploads are allowed, but they will be automatically transcoded to h.264.
The video resolution must match the screen resolutions. Deviation is tolerated, but not by an order of magnitude. Example: for a 1920×1080 screen, uploading a 5000×2000 px video is not allowed.
For FullHD content, recommended parameters: no more than 5 MB per 10 seconds of video (average bitrate 3.5–4 Mbps). VBR (variable bitrate) is preferred, 25 fps.
For Android, it is recommended to enable the "Transcode all video files" option in Settings → System Settings. Some devices have built-in codecs that work incorrectly with certain encoding profiles.
